Because we know one size does not fit all, at EPN, every introduction is strategically curated based on our professional PR expertise to bring you effective publicists who hold an industry and/or skill alignment, shared working style, and ability to fulfill scope requirements. You receive qualified, ready-to-execute professionals, not options to sort through.

Our professional network within the communications industry is extensive, and we have prior working knowledge of the professionals who join our roster. Most members are either known to the owner of EPN or recommended by a current or former member of Elite Publicist Network. If you do not fall into one of these categories, you are still welcome to apply. However, there is a separate onboarding process that differs from the standard process for referral members and a 90 day hold on placements.

  • Complete Intake Form to initiate the conversation (scope, seniority, budget, timeline).
  • Strategy Call to clarify expectations, niche needed, and scope.
  • Sign Agreement.
  • Talent Curation & Vetting Review conducted internally by EPN.
  • Warm Introduction to a strategically aligned freelancer.
  • Scope Alignment & Engagement Launch finalized directly between agency and talent.

  • Complete Intake Form (resume/CV and portfolio or one-sheet required).
  • Vetting & Due Diligence Meeting (Zoom) to assess strategic capability and readiness.
  • Portfolio & Results Verification, including performance metrics and case validation.

  • Warm Introduction to an aligned agency opportunity when available.

  • No. We do not force placements to fulfill contracts.

    For agencies, if we cannot provide the right strategic fit for your agency, we will not move forward simply to close a deal. We prioritize long-term trust over short-term transactions. We would rather you return with confidence than move forward with hesitation.

    For talent, we will not place you with an agency that does not align with your experience level, working style, or professional trajectory. There is a right fit for every stage of expertise, and we make intentional matches when alignment is clear and timing is appropriate.

If you are still building foundational experience, your placement will likely be project based rather than contracted services.

As of this writing, there is no fee to join EPN if you are a known talent to our agency or have been referred by a member. This is subject to change without notice. Our model is relationship-driven and performance-based.

If you are interested in joining EPN but do not have a resume, one-sheet, portfolio, or organized assets, our team can help you prepare and organize these materials. There is a fee for this service.

EPN is a remote operation based in South Florida and works with teams nationally and internationally.

Yes. Confidentiality is standard practice. We may also ask you to sign an NDA depending on terms and conditions of your need or placement.
